| Shipping Policy | Local: All local firewood orders will be delivered via Seasoned Firewood AU employees using our local delivery trucks on the agreed scheduled date. Delivery locations must be accessible with trucks onto the driveway, and stacking locations must be clear of obstacles. Nationwide: We ship nationwide. All nationwide firewood box orders will ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends/holidays ship the next business day. Typical transit time is approximately X business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or other interruptions. |
